The Lift Boy (2020 Netflix) Movie Review:
What the independent-spirited The Lift Boy lacks in terms of limited locations, technical shortcomings and clunky dialogue, it makes up for with good intention, positivity and optimism. it isn’t a standard coming aged movie we all realize . it is a tale of everything such affection, love and bonding. I give director full marks for his vision but i feel direction could be better in places but we will ignore that tiny flaws. Netflix once more provides a winner.
The boy who plays raju i can relate to him. He features a bright future. Mrs D’Souza is astounding during this movie. Shawn also good. But i used to be looking forward to the relations between princess and raju. Some plots are half baked but i can overlook these.
Thank you Netflix for this beautiful heartwarming movie to travel through this tough lockdown days. many thanks Augustine.

The Lift Boy is a coming of age story of a 24-year-old vagabond who is forced to work at a posh building in Mumbai as a Lift Boy when his bread-winning father falls ill.
Raju Tawde (Moin Khan) jauntily walks into his college, about expecting to possess cracked his latest attempt at earning an engineering degree. No such luck. He calls up a lover who says, chill bro! Raju flies to observe a movie, but reality catches up with the slack-jacked young man when he learns that his father Krishna has had a attack .
