Review-Fred Wolf has a great reputation from people he has worked with in the past. When most comedians cannot get a payday, they seem to find Fred Wolf and next thing you know we have “ Grown Ups” and “ Joe Dirt 2”. As a screenwriter, his comedy is juvenile and redundant. If you seen one of his gags, you have seen them all. I will admit, “ Strange Wilderness” and “ The House Bunny”, I did like. If you were a fan of the “ Joe Dirt 2” film you are bound to like “ Mad Families”.
This time taking the place of David Spade and Adam Sandler in this dead on arrival film is Charlie Sheen. I am not sure if this is actually a film or a long sketch that was in a dressing room that accidentally was shot on film. It is the 4th of July weekend at the Salt Stone State Park. This year they seem to be booked solid. Families are rushing in to claim their places for the holiday. The film is about Site 16. When we meet three families with the same last name that are basically fighting for the spot. A compromise is eventually forced which will allow them all to stay.
