‘Feria: The Darkest Light (Season 1) 2021’: TV Review :

As we said Feria – The Darkest Light opens in a particularly witching way, incontinently landing the bystander in a story full of mystifications and secrets, with a good cure of mysticism and myth behind it that contribute to making the general atmosphere rather interesting. Too bad, still, that the horror side of the story noway becomes so unequivocal as to make that of Montero and Martínez a product more distinctly of this kidney the dark moments are there, but they’re scattered throughout the occurrences in a spastic manner. The meter and pressure, also, don’t turn out to be a top – as is necessary in stories of this type – and we continue further to discover what lies behind the different mystifications presented in the course of the vision than because they’re caught in a whirlwind of feelings.

The themes touched upon in the course of the history are numerous and, in some cases, the disappointment remains that they’ve not been farther delved the converse of sexual violence – and the cerebral impact on the person who suffers it – remains rather sketchy, not there’s also no focus on the internal manipulation that occurs within a side (how is it possible that Sofia is so fluently induced and misled?) and on all the problems inferring from growing up in a small and prejudiced vill, indeed in relationship to the discovery of one’s own fornication. One thing that struck us, and we’d have liked to have been treated more, is the part of Francoism in starting the story (from certain flashbacks it’s clear how important it told the psychology of the characters)
