The Darjeeling Limited Movie – Storyline :
The Darjeeling Limited Film PLOT: A year after the accidental death of their father, three brothers — each affected by depression – meet for a train trip across India. Francis, the eldest, has organized it. The brothers argue, sulk, resent one another , and fight. The youngest, Jack, estranged from his girlfriend, is interested in one among the train’s attendants. REVIEW OF The Darjeeling Limited : This is a movie occupied with moments. Wonderful moments. it’s not such a lot concerned with mechanics of plot except for me, it never got dull. Wes Anderson has matured in subtle ways and this film may be a well crafted blend of the private and therefore the pageantry – Powell and Pressburger and Cassavetes. “The Rules of the Game” and “Husbands.” “The Last Detail” and “The River.”
The “spiritual journey” is employed as pretext. Some people really do not like this. there’s such a lot humor in watching three brothers stoned on Indian pharmaceuticals, trying to wish and getting sidetracked by arguments over stolen belts and confided secrets. they’re flawed. People are flawed.
